I butterflied a pork roast and spread it with a mixture of chopped rosemary, chopped sage, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and fennel pollen. It was very good but I think next time even more herbs would be good.<br \/>\nThis was served with rosemary roasted potatoes, green beans saut\u00e9ed with garlic, a mixed green salad, and homemade baguettes.<br \/>\nThis was a bit of a fancy dinner for a weeknight but a longtime friend was here from Singapore so we needed to celebrate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/cindawebb.com\/?p=133\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" src=\"\" class=\"alignleft wp-post-image tfe\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/a><p>My first use of fennel pollen!
