\"\"<\/a>My brother-in-law, Ken, sent a text saying that there was a lot of fruit available at his house for the taking. I went last Friday and picked up some. We ate some and juiced the rest of the lemons and froze the juice in ice cube trays for future cooking or lemonade. I took the rest of the fruit to my Food Preservation class. I guessed rightly that there I would find a group that would not let the fruit go to waste.
\nBut I decided I wanted some more and so today I went and came home with even more than the last time! So for the next couple of days I will be figuring out what to do with lemons, tangerines, and kumquats!
