Yellow Perfection

The first tomatoes are in! Well, actually I have been eating cherry tomatoes for a quite awhile but somehow those don’t seem to really count. These that I just picked are appropriately called Yellow Perfection. They are shown above with some cherry tomatoes just for scale. They are a nice salad size tomato. But the best part is the taste! Lemony and sweet with a lovely balance of tomatoey goodness. I could hard stop eating bites as I chopped them up for our salad. Made the tomatoes from the farmers’ market seem bland.
