Thursday was a great day in the garden! I feel like I got so much done. Here is a quick list:
•cleared a bed of the last of the kale and added amendments
•planted butternut squash in aforementioned bed
•planted more cilantro seeds as they quickly bolt this time of year
•planted pole beans (Franchi seeds, the best)
•planted additional cucumber seeds as I love cucumbers and want to keep them coming
•planted sunflowers in a bed on the north side of the yard
•weeded! all of the bricks between beds are now weed free and so are most of the backyard beds (side yard another day)
The boys who visit regularly planted pumpkin seeds on June 7th and they are up. 
And project sweet potato is coming along.
