lobster mac&cheese

Lobster tails were sale at Whole Foods so I made a dish I had for the first time back in January. I followed the directions (mostly as I used only lobster tail) from Epicurious.

      Yes, certainly. Hope the leftovers are as good as the first time around. It was fun to try and make something that I had only had in restaurants.
